1. Introduction and Acceptance
By visiting molmart.pk or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility, Products and Pricing
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate name, phone number and delivery address when ordering.
We try to show product photos, descriptions and colors accurately, but screens differ and slight variations may occur. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability can change without notice, and the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and inform you.
3. Orders, Cancellation and Payment
An order is confirmed once we contact you or send a confirmation by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, an unreachable customer or suspected fraud.
Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us at contact@molmart.pk or on WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may use our return process in Section 5.
Payment methods: We accept the following.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Debit and credit cards
For bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash, your order is processed after we receive the payment. Please send us the payment proof if we ask for it. Card payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and we do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver free of charge all over Pakistan, and orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 days of confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, public holidays or incorrect address details. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, and keep your phone available so the courier can reach you.
If delivery fails because the customer is unreachable or refuses the parcel without a valid reason, we may charge the shipping cost for future orders or limit COD for that customer.
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery and contact us right away if it is damaged or incorrect.
5. Returns and Refunds
You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it. The customer pays the return shipping charges.
To be accepted, a returned item should be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories. To start a return, contact us at contact@molmart.pk or on WhatsApp with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or another method we agree with you, and the processing time depends on that method. We may refuse a return that does not meet the conditions above.
6. General Terms
Intellectual property: The Molmart name, logo, tagline, text and images on this website belong to Molmart. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to hack it, place fake orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Privacy: We use your name, phone number, address and email only to process orders, deliver them and give support. We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with courier and payment partners only as needed to complete your order.
Limitation of liability: Molmart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products, or for delays caused by couriers, payment providers or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the courts of Mianwali, Pakistan.
Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
